"Favorite place to get groceries. Some may think it is expensive but, when you compare against most other stores, it is roughly the same if not cheaper while having a higher quality of products. The environment always feels welcoming. The rewards program is very valuable, I don't believe you can gather any points for rewards but you can get exclusive offers like sign up bonus of $10 off $50. You also get a birthday reward offer. They also have other online exclusive coupons. The deli staff is very friendly and conversational. Only gone a few times because I rarely eat meat, but each time getting fresh sliced meat or more likely cheese is a pleasant experience. Their fresh salsa is also good, I wish they had a hot one instead of just mild and medium but it's Minnesota. They have a good selection of bluk/weighed items. I got the sesame habanero chips, not as spicy as I would like but the flavor is quite good."

"I live nearby, so I always shop at this supermarket—the selection is pretty good. But one day, while I was using the self-checkout, an older female employee came right up to me and demanded to know why I was putting items into my shopping bag. I had clearly scanned them before putting them in, but she confronted me in a confrontational tone for no reason at all. She didn’t even check the machine to see if I had scanned them, and she even tried to call security to handle the situation. It wasn’t until the very end that she noticed the items I had already scanned on the machine. It later dawned on me that she had unjustly suspected me of being someone who wouldn’t pay—as if I were a thief—even though I certainly didn’t need the money. Yet, in the end, she didn’t even offer a single apology. I felt extremely unhappy about this shopping experience."
